Volunteer / Internship Opportunities 

 
AGS Puppy Sitting Program -- Each dog in Aggie Guide-Dogs and Service-Dogs (AGS) program is assigned to a permanent
            "puppy-walker" or trainer, but there are times when  these handlers must go out of town and leave their canine companions
            behind.  The dogs need caring, responsible supervision in the absence of their handler.
Canine Companions for Independence -- Volunteer Opportunities

"Create-A-Smile" Animal-Assisted-Therapy Teams --School credit is available for all college & graduate students dedicating at
            least  4 hours/week for 2 months.No paid positions at this time.

            Pet-visitation therapy program serving some 16 health care centers in Scottsdale.  From 100 to 120 volunteers visit the
              elderly and/or infirm an hour weekly, with their pets (mostly dogs and a few laid back cats).
