Jamie Anderson, DVM, MS, DAVDC, DACVIM
San Francisco Veterinary Specialists, San Francisco, California
Dr. Anderson completed her DVM and MS degrees at the University of California, Davis. She completed an internship and back-to-back residencies at the University of Pennsylvania in dentistry and small animal internal medicine. She remained at Penn doing research for a year, was a lecturer at UC Davis the following two years and has been in specialty practice since that time.
Linda DeBowes, DVM, MS, DAVDC, DACVIM
Veterinary Dental Referral, Tacoma, Washington
Dr. DeBowes completed her DVM degree at Washington State University and residency in small animal internal medicine at Kansas State University. She was on the faculty at Kansas State where she became board certified in dentistry as well. She spent 17 years at Kansas State before returning to Washington and entering private practice. She is a partner in the Veterinary Dental Referral Service of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington and is an associate at the Shoreline Veterinary Dental Clinic.
Gregg DuPont, DVM, DAVDC, Fellow, AVD
Shoreline Veterinary Clinic, Seattle, Washington
Dr. DuPont completed his DVM degree at the University of Florida and an alternative residency in dentistry in Mesa, Arizona. He is a partner in the Veterinary Dental Referral Service of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington, serves as Clinic Director of the Shoreline Veterinary Dental Clinic and Hospital Director of Halecrest Veterinary Hospital. He is a past president of the American Veterinary Dental College and Academy of Veterinary Dentistry.
Jan Ilkiw, BVSc, PhD, Dipl. ECVAA, ACVIM (Anesthesiology)
School of Veterinary Medicine, University of California, Davis
Dr. Ilkiw completed her BVSc and PhD at the University of Sydney, Australia. She is associate dean for Academic Programs and professor of small animal anesthesiology and critical care in the Department of Surgical and Radiological Sciences. Dr. Ilkiw is a specialist in small animal anesthesiology and pharmacology of injectable anesthetic agents, and has served as service chief for the Anesthesia/Critical Patient Care unit at the William R. Pritchard Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital. Her teaching expertise includes drug administration and advanced anesthetic management.
Tracy Dowdy, CVPM

As founder and managing director of Management Resource Group Consulting in Dallas, Texas, Tracy has had more than 15 years experience working with veterinarians and their teams. She is a nationally recognized speaker in various aspects of practice management and a certified veterinary practice manager. Tracy will focus her presentations on helping you implement and grow a successful dental practice in your hospital.
This program has been approved for up to 16 hours of continuing education credit by the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine.
