EXTRA PERSON CHARGE
Children under 18 years of age who utilize the existing bedding in parents' room are $15 per week per child. There is no charge for a crib. Extra adult in the same room is $55 per night and includes tax and a rollaway bed. The maximum number of persons per room are 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

CONDOMINIUM RESERVATIONS
For our conference attendees who will be traveling with their families, or those wishing to have larger accommodations with cooking facilities; we have secured several one and two bedroom condominium units. If you are interested, please call us.

AIRLINE RESERVATIONS - REDUCED RATES (when not using the inclusive package)

We will make every effort to provide the least expensive and most convenient method of travel for you. Discounts apply for both coach and first class travel with savings from 5-10%. CAR RENTAL RESERVATIONS (when not using the inclusive package)
Car Rentals are recommended for travel around the Island of Kauai. If you are not using the inclusive package, we can reserve one of the following types of cars for you:

TRAVEL CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made any time after deposit is received will incur a $25 per person administrative charge. Cancellations made 90-60 days prior to departure will be charged $150.00 per person, 59-30 days prior to departure will be $200.00 per person, and less than 30 days prior, there will be NO REFUND. Most airfares are non-refundable from date of purchase.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to cover your investment due to unexpected illness of yourself or immediate family members. The insurance will protect you from loss of monies due from cancellation penalties. An Insurance Application will be mailed to you with your deposit receipt.

ALOHA CANOES and KAYAKS CRUISE
Paddle your kayak on the Hulei'a River, land on privately owned Kipu Ranch and hike through a tropical forest, swim in a mountain pool fed by waterfalls, and then be motored back in Hawaiian Double Hull canoes. KAUAI ATV TOUR
Enjoy an ECO Adventure guided tour with spectacular views of Mahaulepu Coastline, the Ha'upu Mountain, Hawaiian jungle splendor and the glorious South Side of Kauai. This 2 5 hour tour includes instructions for safe operation of vehicle, over 15 miles of private plantation roads blocked off to the public, beverages and a picture of you on your ATV. CHILDREN'S PROGRAM
Kalapaki Kids Club - Kauai Marriott (for ages 5-12) This is a State Licensed Child Care Facility. They welcome you to explore, swim, play island games, and learn about their island and culture. Indicate your interest on the travel application. Must have a minimum of 6 children for program to operate on Thursday and Friday.
