Info and comments about the inaugural "Back to School" 2008
Technicians from around the state participated in an informative Continuing Professional Education seminar on cutting edge topics. Many of the topics met requirements for RVT certification or for continuing education credit for existing RVTs.
The conference was two full days with three simultaneous tracks at Gladys Valley Hall, UC Davis.
The inaugural Back to School Veterinary Technician Seminar was held July 19 and 20 and attracted 350 attendees from California, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington and Canada. It was likely the most attended veterinary technician program in California. The attendees were enthusiastic about the program and sponsor exhibits.
