Pet Food
It is our pleasure to announce the launch of the 2012-2013 SCAVMA Pet Food Program! Please see the "Pet Food Program Description" document below for details about this years program. Further details about the individual company programs (Hill's and Purina) can be found by clicking the tabs to the left.
STUDENTS
In order to sign up for the Pet Food Program, you must complete the following:
1) Be a member of SCAVMA
(If you have not already registered for SCAVMA membership - please see the "Registering for UC Davis SCAVMA" document below to complete this step)
Registering for UC Davis SCAVMA (2 Phases)
NOTE: If you are a 2016er who got halfway through the process because of the broken link sent in the email you received from SAVMA after completing step one; go to the SAVMA dues site to complete your registration).
NOTE: If you are an MPVM/VSTP student that is away from the DVM Curriculum for the year, then you must pay your SCAVMA membership for the year by placing a $20 check in the mailbox of Amanda Silverman (SCAVMA Treasurer-elect) in Valley 2045. The 4 year membership you payed as a freshman is applied during the 4 years you are will the DVM curriculum.
2) Fill out the Google Doc: 2012-2013 SCAVMA Pet Food Program - Student
3) Make your paypal payment below! ($50 + $1.50 paypal transaction fee):
RESIDENTS
In order to sign up for the Pet Food Program, you must complete the following:
1) Fill out the Google Doc: 2012-2013 SCAVMA Resident Pet Food Program
2) Make your paypal payment below! ($75 + $2 paypal transaction fee):
Once you have signed up, your contact information will be sent to the Hill's and Purina student company reps, and they will send you further instructions on how to participate in their respective programs. You must complete the above steps by the deadline - Friday, September 14th at 12PM - in order to participate in the October pet food distribution. If you sign up midway through the year, you must sign up before the 15th of the month prior to when you wish to start receiving pet food!
