  • Application process: Submit resume, letter of recommendation, and cover letter with desired externship dates and contact information. Externships are only scheduled between September and May (no summer externships). Rolling admissions.
  • Perks : Free housing is available in the “Intern House” across the street from the zoo.
  • Duration : 6-8 wks.
  • Additional Info : Extern will be required to present a case report during the externship. There will also be opportunity to spend time at the Center for Research of Endangered Wildlife, if desired.
