Abdominal Ultrasound Wetlab

Our next abdominal ultrasound wetlab will be on April 30 in the Radiology Room (2nd floor of VMTH).  There will be two sessions, one 5:30-7:00pm and one 7:00-8:30pm.  Participants have been notified.  We look forward to seeing you there!

Radiology Club's First Ever CYSTO GHOST LAB!

We will be having our first ever cysto ghost lab on April 18th from 3-5 pm in GOURLEY 1160! If you got into this fabulous wetlab you should have received an email.

LOGISTICS:

  • There will be 3 people per machine.
  • Don't forget to wear blue scrubs!

Radiology Club Lunch Talk

Held on March 25, 2014.

Dr. Wisner spoke about Diagnostic Imaging Strategies for Surgical Disorders.  Food was provided for members.

Cardiac Ultrasound Wetlab

Held on March 11, 2014.

Joint wetlab with Canine Medicine Club.

Attendees had the opportunity to practice cardiac ultrasound.  Attendees were limited to second and third year students since they had already completed the cardiology block.

Held on February 21, 2014.

Radiology Resident Britany Lindl spoke about radiology imaging of brachycephalic dogs. Pizza was provided for paid club members.

Canine Abdominal Ultrasound Wetlab

Held on February 11, 2014.

Joint wetlab with Canine Medicine Club.

Attendees had the opportunity to practice basic abdominal ultrasound on pets.

Held on December 10, 2013.

Radiology Resident Nate Tong spoke about the top 10 radiology emergency cases. Food was provided for club members.
