GUIDELINES FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE OF CLAS PROCEDURE ROOMS
All procedures must be scheduled through the Center for
Laboratory Animal Science(2-1390) or by filling out and submitting the form below
All animals must have health status approved by the health monitoring coordinator (call 2-0514) before entering the surgical suite
or using a procedure room located in another building.
PI's and staff are responsible for providing any and all supplies and equipment necessary for performing procedures along with cleaning the room before and after use.
PI's and staff are responsible for removing any and all supplies and equipment upon exiting the surgical suite. This includes waste and trash.
