Responsibilities at the Center for Companion Animal Health:

• Coordinate internal faculty and resident grants program
• Account manager; purchasing; payroll/personnel support; web site maintenance
• General office administration and support

Hobbies and Interests:

• Making lamp worked glass beads and fused glass (member of the International Society of Glass Beadmakers)
• Avid Balkan folk dance aficionado (see Davis International Folkdancers)
• Sharing our home with German Shorthaired Pointer dogs
• Bicycling, camping, and visiting National Parks
• Hand work such as knitting felted hats, crocheting afghans, and sewing funky costumes which I never actually use
• Spending time with family!

Education and Work Experience Highlights:

• Bachelor of  Arts degree in English literature, with minor in Philosophy (1973)
• Multiple-subject and single-subject teaching credentials from UC Davis (1986)
• Substitute teacher in several school districts in and near Davis, California
• Office management and accounting at several businesses in Davis, California
• Folk dance teacher in Davis, California (teaching both children and adults)
• Administrative assistant at the Center for Companion Animal Health, School of Veterinary Medicine, UC Davis (since February 1999)
