How to prepare for your appointment

Please bring copies of pet’s medical records with you. Ideally these should be faxed over as well. It is particularly important to bring copies of any biopsies, aspirates and blood work that has been done. The fax number for medical oncology is  (530) 754-2268. The fax number for Radiation Oncology is (530) 752-7777. Please also bring any imaging studies that have been done including any x-rays, CT scans or MRIs. The best way to bring these is on a CD in DICOM format. This way we can review all the details of what has been done until this point.
