Biosafety of Recombinant DNA
If the project involves Recombinant DNA, the PI and/or dep't staff will need to work the UC Davis Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Biological Safety Administrative Advisory Committee (BSAAC) to process a Biological Use Authorization (BUA) for the recombinant DNA that will be involved with this research. Care and Use of Animals
If the project involves the use of vertebrate animals, the PI and/or dep't staff will need to work with the UC Davis EH&S Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) to obtain protocol as necessary.
