Canine Medicine Club

What is the Webinar?

We are looking forward to being able to stream the Canine Medicine Symposium via the Internet this year for those that cannot attend in person. Lecture slides will be streaming live online to view and listen along with audio of the speakers. We will be using the Adobe Connect program to bring the symposium to you via the Internet. With Adobe Connect you will be able to access the symposium with simply a web address and Internet connection. Adobe Connect only requires a computer to have installed Flash, a program that 98% of computers already have installed. There will be the opportunity to interact with the presentation by typing questions into a chat box in the web site. There will be assistants in the classroom prepared to ask your questions to the speakers in person for you. Once signed up for the Webinar, you will receive further access instructions via email at least a week before the symposium. Registrants that sign up less than a week before the symposium will receive instructions as soon as possible before the event. If you are receiving CE credit, we will have CE certificates available and will email them to you a week after the symposium. Additionally, we will have assistants available at our event to help you troubleshoot if you have difficulty connecting.
