Fixative formalin
Stain hematoxylin and eosin
Notes this is to show how the tapetum can be hidden clinically by melanotic retinal epithelial cells; notice in this micrograph that thick tapetum would be effectively hidden clinically by the melanotic retinal epithelial cells
