Development and preliminary characterization of a recombinant canary pox
virus-vectored vaccine for immunization of ruminants against bluetongue virus
  infection in sheep. Use of reverse-transcription PCR (RT-PCR)
to detect bluetongue virus in cell culture for phylogenetic comparison with other field isolates from
various geographical locations.
