Barbara J. Kerr

Barbara has spent her career building and developing Human Resources functions. Her experience spans four industries including retail, telecommunications, financial services and life sciences. For the last 20 years she was involved in biotechnology and life sciences, most recently as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Applera Corporation, a company supplying technology and information for life sciences and related businesses. Her areas of expertise include executive and board compensation, organizational design and re-structuring and acquisition integration.

Barbara is a lifelong animal lover. She supports a number of organizations committed to animal health, well being and preservation.
