Animal health (mastitis, neonatal diseases, vaccines, novel antimicrobial compound development and testing), public health (antibiotic residue avoidance) , food safety (novel methods for controlling pathogens in milk), food defense (detection of and protection from agroterrorism/criminal activity on-farm), food security (developing/testing novel food processing methods), diagnostic assays, and new approaches to breakthrough management techniques for food supply enterprises.
