Jennifer Zipser Adjemian

Jennifer graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL with a BS in zoology, and her Ph.D. in the epidemiology of zoonotic and vectorborne diseases at UC Davis. Her doctoral research focused on modeling the spatio-temporal dynamics of plague in the western United States, from its initial invasion in the Port of San Francisco to its current status as an endemic disease, in order to understand how plague is maintained in the environment. Jen is a scientist at the National Institutes of Health.
