What's New
Our new partnership with the Department of Wildlife, Fish, & conservation Biology (WFCB) exemplifies the synergistic strategy of employing a transdisciplinary teaching model.
The strengths of the WFCB faculty include conservation, wildlife ecology, and field research. This talent combined with the traditional strengths of the veterinary school results in experiences that arm graduates with a population- and disease-ecology approach to veterinary medicine.
Partners
Partnerships with our human- and environmental-health colleagues set the stage for true collaboration. Multidisciplinary teams create the synergy needed for critical thinking and problem-solving issues relevant to sustainable health for humans, animals, and their environment.
This transdisciplinary teaching, research, and mentoring, in turn, will equip our students to respond to global health challenges.
