Financial aid refunds are released by the Student Accounting Office on the first day of instruction each quarter. All students are strongly encouraged to enroll for direct deposit service which allows UC Davis to deposit financial aid disbursements directly into personal bank accounts. Students not enrolled in direct deposit must pick up their checks at the Student Accounting Office, 2100 Dutton Hall. Due to recent changes in the law, Title IV federal funds must be picked up within 21 days of issuance. Unclaimed checks within the 21 day time limit are subject to forfeiture.
