  • The Class of 2011 was selected from a pool of 1,120 applicants. 
  • The Class consisted of 106 females and 25 males for a total of 131 upon admissions.   
  • The ethnicity distribution was as follows: 
    • 11 - Asian/Other Asian
    • 84 - Caucasian
    • 7   - Hispanic/Mexican American/Other Spanish
    • 9   - Multi-Ethnic
    • 20 - Declined to state
  • The average entry ages was 25 with a range of 20 years of age to 34. 
  • Upon entry, students displayed the following interests in veterinary medicine:

  • The average GPA was 3.47 with a 3.30 in the required sciences and a 3.59 in the last 45 semester units. 
  • The average GRE scores were as follows: 
    • Verbal- 75%  (574 scaled score)
    • Quantitative - 70% (702 scaled score)
    • Analytical Writing - 67% (5.0 scaled score)
