Help us through donations for our research, education and service to the public
- Our work continues only through grant, contract, and donation dollars.
- Funding dollars for wildlife research is scarce.
- You can help by donating money to keep our projects active and/or to fund the education of students who will lead wildlife conservation efforts in not-so-distant future years.
- $150 pays some of costs to genetically type one hummingbird, mountain lion, Yellow-billed Magpie, Sea Otter, or Hummingbird (as a few of our examples).
- $1000 pays sequencing costs for a DNA section in 15 hummingbirds
- $6500 pays for the stipend of a graduate student working on wildlife genetics/population health research for one academic quarter. Graduate student participation is vital for creative insights to conservation research and is our society's future!
- $10,000 pays for a piece of important laboratory equipment such as gradient PCR machine.
- $20,000 pays for one year's laboratory supplies for research on one wildlife species.
- The excellent quality our lab is known for requires financial resources that are scarse in this economic climate.
