External 7900 Run Procedures

• Only ONE RNA plate overall can be signed up per day.  Please inquire in time about open spots. You must obtain permission from LWMDCF technician to run a second plate.
• Number of DNA plates per day is unlimited.
• Please bring your plate by 3:00pm.  Plates will not be accepted on Fridays. LWMDCF staff will run your plate.
• We only accept barcoded 384 well plates ISC #T-3157-1BC (no 96 well plates).

Please download and complete all information on External Run Sheet (Incomplete External Run Sheet(s) may cause your plate not to be run)

 

Research Sample Submission Procedures

Samples should be submitted in a 96 deep well block with 500 ul of ABI lysis buffer. If needed, the facility can provide both, the 96 deep well blocks and the lysis buffer. For further instructions on sample prep prior to submission please contact Eleonora Sanchez.

Please download and complete the Research Sample Submission Form, and e-mail it to Eleonora Sanchez prior to bringing your samples. Samples submitted without the filled out form will not be run.
