Background
Dr. Celeste G Roy is a native of Santa Rosa, California. She obtained her undergraduate degree (B.S. Biology) at the University of California, Santa Barbara. After working as a veterinary technician at a number of hospitals, she began her veterinary education at the University of California, Davis. After graduation, she completed a one-year rotating internship at Southwest Veterinary Specialty Center in Tucson, Arizona, where internal medicine, surgery and emergency medicine were her main focus.
