UC Davis Vet Addresses Farm Animal Welfare Forum

What is the role of veterinary medicine in farm animal welfare? Dr. James Reynolds of the school's Veterinary Medicine Teaching and Research Center participated in a Farm Foundation Forum May 5 entitled "Animal Welfare in Production Agriculture."

Dr. Reynolds, chief of Clinical Services, Dairy Production Medicine, is the recipient of the 2007 Animal Welfare Award from the American Veterinary Medical Association.
