Among its more than 5,000 veterinary and academic graduates, the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine has produced many who have made extraordinary contributions to society.
The faculty of the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine invite you to nominate a graduate for the 2012 Alumni Achievement Award.
The Alumni Achievement Award, the highest honor bestowed by the school, recognizes alumni who have made outstanding personal and professional contributions to veterinary science or one of its branches, to veterinary practice in any of its forms, or service to mankind and the advancement of human welfare.
The honoree(s) may be graduates of the DVM, Master of Preventive Veterinary Medicine or graduate academic (MS, PhD) programs, or they may be individuals who have completed internships or residency training.
The deadline for nominations is January 20, 2012.
The award(s) will be presented at Commencement in June 2012.
