UC Video Shows the Canine Side of Cancer Research and Treatment
Dog gets cancer care
February 23, 2012
The University of California has produced a video for the University of California Research website and the "Science Today" program about the efforts of UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and the School of Medicine to share their latest techniques, research and clinical care approaches in animals and people.
Visit the Comparative Cancer Center website to learn more about a new genetic study that sheds light on the causes of cancer.
This site also contains links to opportunities for veterinary hospital clients to enroll their pets in clinical trials.
The cooperative approach is helping scientists and practitioners "translate" new knowledge into practice more quickly.
