Research Focus
Nutrition and metabolism in companion animals (dogs and cats); nutritional idiosyncrasies of the cat; mechanisms of obesity; amino acid metabolism (in particular taurine and sulfur amino acids), nutrient requirements in cats and dogs; improvement of pet foods; veterinary clinical nutrition-the use of nutrition in the management and prevention of disease.
