VPETT
Welcome to the VPETT Initiative Program to recognize outstanding examples of the VMTH’s Cultural Pillars
Established by the Cultural Pillars Committee to re-energize our cultural journey initiative, the VPETT program will be used in various forms of recognition to emphasize the importance and alignment with our five Cultural Pillars (Realize Our Vision, Value People, Pursue Excellence, One Team, and Trusted Dialogue).
VPETT stands for:
V = Realize Our Vision
P = Value People
E = Pursue Excellence
T = One Team
T = Trusted Dialogue
The VPETT Initiative Program will take recognition to a new level by:
- making the process more convenient to recognize the actions of our teammates and how they align with our five Cultural Pillars (Realize Our Vision, Value People, Pursue Excellence, One Team, and Trusted Dialogue)
- recognizing not only the recipient but also by rewarding the efforts of the “giver” that provided the feedback
- encourage participation and engagement for recognizing excellence and the amazing accomplishments of our team
The nomination process is simple. Please utilize the PerfectForm icon link available on every VMTH desktop (or through VIPER>VMTH>Forms>VPETT) to nominate your colleagues for recognition of an outstanding example of one of our five Cultural Pillars.
Each award recipient will receive a certificate and be entered into a monthly drawing. Each month four lucky people—two nominators and two recipients—will receive amazing prizes.
