Peer Observation and Coaching of Teaching (POCT) - Observer Training

Join UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine as we grow our community for teaching and learning through an interactive workshop to introduce the school’s Peer Observation and Coaching of Teaching (POCT) process AND train faculty to participate in this process as observers. Faculty who have participated in the POCT process have found it to be a rewarding and fulfilling experience as they work with peers to share ideas and improve classroom experiences for both the faculty and students.

The Peer Observation and Coaching of Teaching process is required by UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine for promotion. For more information, please visit the information page in VIPER.
