[WAAM] Zoo, Aquatic & Wildlife Wet Lab

The Zoo, Aquatic & Wildlife Wet Lab is a multi-station wet lab that includes some of the speakers for our annual Wildlife and Exotics Animal Symposium on March 2nd and 3rd. Students will have the opportunity to participate in the examination of turtles from the Sacramento Zoo collection, engage in a pinniped necropsy hosted by the Marine Mammal Center, practice brain sampling for Chronic Wasting Diseases, and learn from a world-renowned wildlife researcher (Dr. Shaleen Angwenyi) about rhino immobilization and testing procedures.
