[Veterinary Business Management Association (VBMA)] Leadership/Team Development with Dr. Michael Mison, DVM, DACVS

Our very own Dr. Michael Mison, DVM, DACVS is the Associate Dean for Veterinary Medical Center Operations and CVMO of the UC Davis VMTH. He is a a board-certified veterinary surgeon, and professor of soft tissue surgery, with extensive leadership experience spanning multi-specialty practice ownership and academic hospital roles at Penn, Florida, and UC Davis. 

In his lunch talk, he will break down how leadership evolves as one's career progresses, how intentional leadership directly impacts client/patient care, team well being, and institutional success, and how students can apply these lessons now to build durable, effective careers.
