The Specialties Club is excited to host an Ophthalmology Case Challenge on Wednesday, March 11th, from 5:30 - 7:00 PM. You’ll get to work through clinical cases focused on concepts covered during Eye Week, which is an amazing opportunity for our Y1s to review what they've been learning (and Y2 & Y3 as general review)! Teams of 3-4 people will analyze patient history, physical exam findings, and other diagnostics to answer questions that range from diagnosis to treatment plans. In addition, you’ll get the chance to encounter cases from multiple species (so there’s something for everyone, regardless of track!)
Dr. Kim will be our judge, awarding points for the teams based on the answers provided. The winning team will be rewarded with some fun, ophtho related prizes!
Remember - this is a great opportunity to build your skills in a supportive, low-pressure environment, and it’s open to all! Everyone is welcome to join in and learn, though only Specialties Club members in the winning groups will be eligible for prizes.
