[FARM x sVERT] Knot Tying

Do you like large animals? Do you have an interest in disaster medicine? Do you want to have a fun time with friends and classmates learning about knots used in veterinary medicine? If you answered yes to any of those questions, sign up to join the Student Veterinary Emergency Response Team (sVERT) and Food Animal Reproduction and Medicine (FARM) Club for the annual Knot Tying Wet Lab!

During this wet lab, students will learn how to safely tie a variety of knots which are commonly used in equine medicine, livestock medicine, and disaster response. Students will rotate through three stations and watch demonstrations from faculty, and then have the opportunity to practice the demonstrated knots.
