[AAVMP] The Bamboo Ceiling

Dr. Michael Mison will be talking about the bamboo ceiling in veterinary medicine. The bamboo ceiling is a metaphor for the cultural, organization, and individual barriers that keep Asian Americans from attaining career progress and leadership positions. Our speaker Dr. Mison is the Associate Dean for Veterinary Medical Center Operations/Chief Veterinary Medical Officer (CVMO) of VMTH, a board-certified surgeon, and also a professor in the hospital’s Soft Tissue Surgery Service.
