Join us for a Veterinary Information Network (VIN) Newsbrief to discuss the proposed bill AB 2133 that would allow veterinary technicians to neuter cats in California. Proponents consider it a win for access to care and to combat overpopulation while opponents worry about potential surgical complications only DVMs are trained to address. We will be joined by experts from VIN and the California Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) as well as an RVT and DVM to cover all potential interests and implications of the bill.
