Guests attending the school’s Global Programs Film Fest on September 15 took a virtual tour around the world. Thanks to the generous donors to the Office for Global Programs and other funding opportunities, veterinary students had the opportunity to engage in various international externships and internships during the summer.

Their video presentations demonstrate professional and personal growth beyond the classroom in the following countries: South Africa, China, India, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Italy, Guatemala, New Zealand, Rwanda, Costa Rica, Argentina, Australia, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Germany, Namibia, and Uganda.

As a song in one video filmed in South Africa reminds us: “Be bright in the corner where you are.”
