Office of Veterinary Success

Description
The Office of Veterinary Success was founded in 2014 as the Career, Leadership and Wellness Center. In 2025, the name of the office was updated to reflect the UCD professional development model which is grounded in strengths-based education and positive psychology. The OVS provides services, coaching and support in the areas of career readiness, leadership and well-being.
