Gaining mastery over how we think about ourselves and our circumstances is paramount for achieving our goals, reduce anxiety and negative self-talk, and improve our overall well-being. This 45-minute presentation will focus on strategies for recognizing and improving our cognitive experience. Participants will learn several strategies for recognizing, challenging, and changing unhelpful thinking patterns that are negatively impacting our daily experience.
