The experience of the Jewish community on campus has been exacerbated by the events of October 7, 2023 and the response by political officials and administrators on college campuses. In the midst of the current climate of the United States and around the world, a broad understand of antisemitism, its historic roots, and its present tenets is important for all students, staff, and faculty to understand. This session goes deep and looks at the implicit biases, the ideological challenges, and the overall response to antisemitism on campus by revealing hidden agendas and complicating factors affecting our addressing of concerns of the Jewish community on our campus.
