Research Focus
My research focuses on fluorescence microscopy- from sample preparation to image acquisition and analysis.
Specialty Focus
The focus of my work is to help researchers use the best light microscopy techniques for their project. I help them design their imaging experiment, collect the images, and implement their image analysis. I am testing new microscopy techniques and developing image analysis algorithms.
