Research Focus
Dr. Miller's research is focused on primate models of human viral diseases, and the immunopathology and pathogenesis of diseases caused by lentiviruses in particular. He has a focused emphasis on the rhesus macaque model of human acquired immunodeficiency syndrom (AIDS) and on mucosal immunity in the genital tract.
