Map & Parking

Please see below for a map of visitor parking areas on campus. 

Friday night: Park in LOT 56 (map; Google directions) off of Health Sciences Drive (behind Aggie Stadium). There is a small fee for parking. We will have attendants in the lot to assist you with payment upon your arrival. Be prepared to have your license plate and credit card handy. There are two options for you based on your time of arrival:

  • Before 5 PM, pay by the hour at $2/hr. 
  • After 5 PM, off-peak parking is $4.50 for unlimited time.

Saturday morning: Park in LOT 56 (map; Google directions) off of Health Sciences Drive (behind Aggie Stadium). Parking is complimentary. 

Saturday evening: For the Awards Dinner, park in LOT 25 and walk to the Activities and Recreation Center (ARC) Ballroom. (Map)

If driving on campus, keep in mind no cars are allowed in the heart of campus and many roads are closed to car traffic. Plan accordingly and refer to the campus map for car-free streets.

FAQ's

  • When does Reunion start?
  • We officially begin reunion weekend with the all-school TG on Friday evening at 5 PM. Check out the schedule of events for additional details.
  • When is my class gathering?
  • Class gatherings are happening throughout the weekend, however we have designated time after the TG on Friday night, and in the afternoon on Sunday for classes to plan events. Watch the schedule of events for updates, or reach out to your class ambassadors if you have questions.
  • My class is not celebrating a milestone reunion year, can I still come to Reunion Weekend?
  • Absolutely! We welcome any alumni to attend the events of the weekend, your class just won't have a designated class gathering planned.
    If you are part of the classes of 1952-1969, join us for coffee on Saturday morning. 
    If you are part of the classes of 2015-2024, you are invited to the GOLD picnic on Sunday. 
    If you were ever involved with the Veterinary Emergency Response Team (VERT/SVERT/CVET), we encourage you to come to the breakfast on Sunday morning.
  • Can I bring my pet with me to Reunion Weekend?
  • While pets are welcome at most of reunion events, please DO NOT bring pets (unless they are working service animals) to the Cocktail Hour & Banquet Awards on Saturday evening at the Activities and Recreation Center.
  • What is the dress code for the banquet on Saturday evening?
  • The banquet dinner will be "cocktail" attire; however we want you to be comfortable in whatever you choose to wear.
