Honors and Awards
2017 Zoetis Distinguished Teacher Award, UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. Given to educators in recognition of their character and leadership qualities as well as their outstanding teaching abilities. Winners of the Distinguished Teacher Award are then evaluated annually to select the National Award winner.
2021 Fellow of the Orthopedic Research Society. ORS Fellows represent longstanding members of the ORS who have demonstrated exemplary service and leadership, substantial achievement, expert knowledge, and significant contributions to the ORS, its governance, and the field of musculoskeletal research.
